How to scale/limit fps in a ClonedD3DRenderer

Does anyone know how to limit the rendering size of the ClonedD3DRenderer? Due to the requeriments of my application, I need to keep visible a lot of copies of the same video at the same time, and after a bunch of videos are loaded and visible in memory the video starts to skip frames.

Does anyone know how to limit the resources of the ClonedD3DRenderer whitout modifying the original source?
