Setting output resolution

Oct 29, 2010 at 7:28 AM

Hi, first off what thankyou for the hard work in putting this great library together, I have tried a number of alternatives and not come accross such an easy to use and powerful solution. I have a small problem in that I cant seem to get the solution to output to file at anything other than 320x240. I have a Microsoft LifeCam Cinema and I am able to display the live feed from the cam at the correct resolution 1280x720 in the live priview but when I set save the output it is always 320x240.

I have need to record video from a webcam to compile a video guestbook application.

I have used the following settings:

DesiredPixelWidth="1280"
DesiredPixelHeight="720"
FPS="15"
UseYuv="True"

Thanks in advance
John

Hi spaceexplorer,

     I did not find a solution using the wpfmediakit, I ended up using the Expression encoder SDK which worked a dream.

I finally figured this out. Have posted the solution on StackOverflow
