EnableSampleGrabbing not working for built-in camera

Hello. This is my first question here. I'm using your library in a WPF project and it's working really well overall. Thanks for the great work you've done!

One problem is now making me write this question. I have deployed my application in a all-in-one computer (Gateway One) which has a built-in HD webcam. I'm able to see the camera live video using the VideoCaptureElement, however, I'm not able to get the NewVideoSample event fired and get the video frames. If I connect an external webcam to the same computer, it works as expected.

I'm using the VideoCaptureElement with the following values:

DesiredPixelHeight = 480;
DesiredPixelWidth = 640;
FPS = 25;
EnableSampleGrabbing = true;

What could be the issue with the built-in camera that's preventing the sample grabbing to work? I don't have any background in DirectShow so I don't know where to start looking at the problem.

Thanks in advance for any help.
